Candidates on courses

For all IPAF courses your details will be passed to IPAF via a secure link for the processing of your Cards and certificates. (please see IPAF's privacy policy)

For all other courses we will only use your information to process your application and print certificates. If you provide us with an email address we will only contact you prior to expiration of your certificate (or your employer)

CITB Accredited Courses

Fair Processing Notice The information you provide to the CITB Approved Training Organisation, Safe Training Services(Southern)Ltd, will be used for administering Training Courses and for purposes connected with the Construction Industry Training Board’s (“CITB”) role as an Industrial Training Board in accordance with the Industrial Training Act 1982. Your data will be held securely and treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to external parties other than as required for the purposes described above. This may include sharing your information on the CITB Construction Training Register as well as with employers, awarding organisations, competency card schemes or training providers and for renewal purposes. Further information, including your legal rights and how your information may be used, can be found by: • viewing the CITB Privacy Notice online at; • asking the Approved Training Organisation for information about how they manage your personal data. Some accreditation bodies have their own data processing policies which will be made known at time of data collection. Safe Training Services will never sell information to third parties and only use the data for processing applications and uploading to CITB and awarding bodies servers, we will only contact you when the certification is about to expire.

Business Account Customers

We will only use the Business information given to us to process the course application, send you joining instructions, invoices and statements (normally by email).

We use Mailchimp to send out relevant marketing information, up coming courses and any promotions we have on (Normally once a month) if you wish to unsubscribe from these please press the unsubscribe button at the end of the email.


We only collect data that you have entered on the contact us form and by doing so we will contact you to process that enquiry.

Payments on the Website

Payments taken via our website are processed via PayPal and we have only access to your name and course taken.

If you wish to see the data we hold on yourselves please contact us on putting data and your name and date of birth as the subject line for individuals and business name for account customers.
